Hi all, I'm just going to share some sad news of butterflies being killed en masse to be displayed as art work. FX Harsono's work is to depict the powerful and the powerless in Indonesia. He has certainly proved his point by killing so many butterflies for his work, for recognition. Is this necessary? I'm sure that using paper cut outs of butterflies would make his point as significant.
